Inclusion Criteria:

* Family caregivers (≥18 years) to patients (≥18 years) diagnosed with a GBM grade IV or diffuse astrocytoma grade IV offered Stupps treatment regime.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Participants who do not understand, read, and speak Danish.
